Issue with Webmail and cPanel logins (Resolved)

  • Our main server is currently experiencing a  login issue regarding webmail and cpanel logins. Mail is still flowing to and from accounts so no email will be lost. 

    We will update this issue here as soon as the system is fixed. We should expect this to be resolved within the hour

Server Performance Degredation (Resolved)

  • At approximately 14:20 today we received a critical alert from our networking team that the server had become unresponsive that handles our Managed WordPress services. After a few minutes of troubleshooting, we discovered the root cause and issued a restart of primary services to recover the system to bring back operation to web services. 

    An emergency patch installation to further control the system has been scheduled, notifications will go out to all active hosting accounts on the respective window.

mySQL Process snag (Resolved)

  • We had a temporary hang of MySQL Services resulting in table locks that could not be freed. 

    MySQL services were temporarily brought down and restarted and effective table operations continued. Total downtime less than 1 minute.

Server Backup Infrastructure (Resolved)

  • There was an issue with our backup architecture on our main server platform that governs our Managed WordPress service.

    The issue was with an internal configuration that caused it to run exceedingly long filling up disk space, as soon as the space was all used up, protection systems launched and shut down websites to protect them.

    The issue was cleared at approximately 845AM and all services were registered as fully online and operational at 900AM.

    This issue has also been permanently resolved and should not incur any further issues in our services.

Level3 Connectivity Issues (Resolved)

  • We had a brief connectivity issue as Level3 which is a main internet provider for a large part of North America had a routing issue causing some traffic to get dropped.

    Our datacenter quickly re-routed data to the failover circuit within minutes.

Load Balancing Elite Wordpress (Resolved)

  • We are currently conducting load balancing on our elite hosting. This can cause intermittent site outages of no more than 1min during the late evening and overnight.

    This is expected to go on throughout the week, for the most part there will not be any interruption of service. 


    UPDATE: Our load balancing is complete and services are properly stable across all the servers. Thank you for your patience.

Server connectivity issues at datacenter (Resolved)

  • Our provider for our Managed WordPress infrastructure is experiencing connectivity issues acorss across the entire datacenter making connections to services and websites intermittent.

    Our teams are working diligently on the issue and it should be rectified shortly.

    The issue has been resolved. Network hardware was replaced to retain the redundancy of the system.

Hotmail blocking Email (Resolved)

  • ***CLOSED*** Hotmail has removed the server from their blocking lists.

    ***UPDATE*** has removed the IP address from its blocked senders, we will continue to monitor the progress and mark the issue resolved once we have seen that the server IPs are completely removed from their systems. This could take 24-48hrs to completely resolve.

    Good afternoon,

    We are receiving reports of Hotmail's email servers listing our primary server as spam. We have no spam records on our system and all global spam lists are reporting us clean.

    We have asked Hotmail to provide proof of the spamming or to delist our server and we are awaiting their response.

DDoS attack on main server (Resolved)

  • A few of our Wordpress accounts were targeted for a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) Attack that impacted performance of our main wordpress servers. 

    We were able to mitigate the attack with a very short interruption of service and all systems are back up and running
